As the largest single public infrastructure project ever constructed in Santa Clara County, VTA's BART Silicon Valley Phase II Project will be instrumental in moving people around the Bay Area. In February, project staff provided an overview of the project and now wants to talk about the four stations – what’s included at each station, how the designs change over time on a mega-capital project, and how the project is coordinating with nearby development.
